Explorer 5.0 or better or Netscape 6.2 or better, at a screen resolution
of 800x600.
What is BOCMedical.co.uk about?
Our objective with BOCMedical.co.uk is to create an information
and reference site as well as a site which offers our customers
valuable information at a click away. You are able to retrieve all
your medical gas requirements in one place.
There are three levels of access, explained below. Only those
people whom you specify with your local account manager will be able
to access the account details.

View your BOC Account
structure; past deliveries and invoices; your stock holdings and
turnover and of course product and safety information... plus much
more
3. Management information
Designed for the
Medical Gases budget holder to view your spend with BOC, account
balance and structure, past deliveries and invoices, your stock
holdings and turnover as well as all product and safety material
needed to look after your medical gases safely and efficiently...

How to register
To register with BOCMedical.co.uk you will need to contact our
Customer Service Centre.
Let us know what infomation you require and what level of access
you would like and one of medical customer service advisors will
be intouch shortly.
How to Enter
To enter BOCMedical.co.uk, click on the Enter button on
the home page. Type in the Username and Password supplied to you
and then click on Enter. You are now able to access your
web service.
On your first log in you will be required to change your password
to something more memorable.
Using the left-hand navigation bar
No matter where you are with BOCMedical.co.uk, all the facilities
can be accessed using the left-hand navigation bar. Simply click
on the main menu item and then select the facility you need from
the drop-down menu. In some cases, a drop-down sub-menu may appear,
showing you the additional facilities you can use.
Example: viewing your Account Balance
Click on Account Managment in the left-hand navigation bar
and when the drop-down menu appears, click on Account Balance.
This will take you to a screen where you can select which account
you are representing and then view all the current account details
for that particular delivery address.
Logging off from BOCMedical.co.uk
Please note that you will be logged off from BOCMedical.co.uk after
a period of time if there is no activity (that is, if you there
are no keystrokes or mouse clicks). This is a security measure intended
to prevent confidential information remaining on the screen while
you are away from the computer.
When you have finished a session using BOCMedical.co.uk you can
log-off by clicking on LOG OUT in the top banner. You can
do this at any time from any page within BOCMedical.co.uk
Information delays
Please note that there may be a delay before BOCMedical.co.uk can
produce the information you have requested. For example, it may
take a little time to retrieve your invoices and display them on
your browser. There may be longer delays if you request printable
files such as PDF documents. The Status bar at the bottom of your
browser shows how your request for information is progressing.
How quickly your browser responds depends mainly on the speed of
your Internet connection. If you are experiencing long delays, you
should may wish to upgrade to a faster connection.
